As Mike Reilly, the Voice of Ironman, exclaimed at the finish line at Ironman Arizona on November 22, 2009 at 11:34 PM, “JEFFREY KERN, YOU ARE AN IRONMAN!!!” I finally achieved my goal, and many a triathlete’s dream, of becoming an Ironman!

Everything you’d like to know about my activities as an Ironman triathlete can be found on this site. My website will be updated frequently so please check back often for news, updates, race results, and posts to my blog where I’ll not only talk about the sport I love but I’ll talk about anything that comes to mind. On the About Me page I talk about, and personally share with you, what motivated me to get into the sport of triathlon. You’ll also learn what continues to motivate me as I continue my involvement in the sport. The Follow Me page contains interactive links to all the social networking sites I belong to; and I invite you to follow me on these sites, as well. Not only will I be able to better stay in touch with you, but it’s also just a lot of fun!

My News and Race Reports page will contain up-to-date news and information about my activities as an Ironman. On my personal Blog page, I’ll pretty much talk about everything and anything I want to comment on from a wide range of subjects. Check out my Race Schedule page to see what events I’m participating in this year. Once my races are completed, I’ll also post the results on this page.

What would a triathlon website be without some great photos and videos? On the Photos page you’ll find many photos from both my personal and triathlon lives that I’d love to share with you. The Videos page will contain some live action video of me either in training or from my events.
