You've successfully found your way to “The Triathlete” side of my website at www.jeffreykern.com.

Like it says on the Golden Ticket in the movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, "in your wildest dreams you could not image the marvelous SURPRISES that await YOU.” OK, so that may be overstating the fact (a bit ) about what's included on this part of my website, but you'll actually find pretty much everything regarding my involvement in the sport of triathlon here.

What "things" you may ask?

On my About Jeff page, you'll find my sporting bio which lists the reasons why I got into this crazy sport of triathlon in the first place. The road to triathlon was pretty interesting for me and I hope you find my very personal story interesting as well.

You'll also find the usual triathlon website fare throughout the site like my Schedule and News page which lists upcoming events and pertinent news regarding my sporting and triathlon life

My Results page that lists all the events I've competed in and how I actually did in those events.

The Gallery page includes some just plain sexy (ok, maybe not so sexy) action shots of me competing in some of my events.

Include here at jeffreykern.com is a detailed Links page with some great links I've found from the triathlon world ranging from triathlon-specific clubs and organizations; some great swim/bike/run links; various online shopping sites for great triathlon kit; and links to various world class and elite triathletes competing in the sport today.

And last -- but not least -- on my site is a Blog and Contact Jeff page so I may better interact with visitors to my website.
