Before we get to the business of this side of my website in regards to my Mission Statement, Experience, and my Credentials; let me first tell you a little about myself as a writer…

I've always been pretty effective in my communication skills my entire life – but it wasn't until the year 2000 where I decided to have a go at writing full time. Yep, I've been a full-time writer since 2000 and making the jump to writing full time was the best career decision I've ever made. Throughout my life, I've been employed at numerous jobs ranging from pretty crummy to barely tolerable. These jobs – not necessarily in any particular order -- have included employment in retail sales, banking, the food service industry, various mundane temp positions, working as a convenience store clerk for a short time, and working in a casino auditing position on “The Strip” in Las Vegas, Nevada). From the outside looking in, these jobs didn't seem to be too bad as I absolutely know there are worse jobs out there, but jobs nevertheless where I just didn't feel they ever worked for me. I know I'm not alone as I'm sure many of you have experienced -- and currently experience -- these sort of awful jobs.

In 2000 (at age 34), I decided that after almost 15+ years of working in jobs I didn't really care too much about, I had better find something I truly enjoyed. I was getting older and I felt I had to settle into something soon because I didn't want to be searching for work as I started to get closer to 40 years of age.

In the years since 2000, I have amassed over 510 published clips. These clips have involved work where I've written articles and columns for magazines (online and traditional), as well as writing consumer electronics product and DVD reviews as well as covering and writing about some of the biggest events in the consumer electronics industry. In addition to my writing credits, I've also helped out various companies by being selected to work on multiple Technical Awards Panels as a Juror. Additionally, I've been chosen as an "Honored Member of Strathmore's Who's Who for 2002-2003." I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business ( in the field of Marketing and Advertising).

Although my career is still quite young, I have achieved a great deal and I believe the best is yet to come.

Because of my various personal and professional interests (movies, sports, consumer electronics, home theater, travel, wine and food, humor, and memorabilia collecting – and more) I believe it has made me a more diverse person which shows up more effectively in all of my writing endeavors. I now have two sides to my prosperous writing career. In addition to being available to write for magazines and periodicals (online and traditional sources), but I'm also pursuing writing books on a number of various topics. I am currently co-authoring a book on collectables, in addition to having 2-3 other books in development on subject matter ranging from children's books to the consumer electronics industry. I love to write on various topics, and those I've worked with in the past have been extremely happy with the results stemming from my subject knowledge, writing abilities and a dedication and commitment to excellence in everything I do as a person and writer.
